Over the last years staff and volunteers from active EN.CPS member organisations have developed several documents. All of these documents have been discussed and agreed upon at EN.CPS annual meetings.
Statement of purpose
A first version of the 'statement of purpose' has been developed in between the annual meetings in Milan (2002) and Graz (2003). The aim of this it was to better define EN.CPS' joint mission and vision, both for internal and for external purposes.
Guiding principles for CPS field members
One recurrent idea in EN.CPS has been the realisation of a joint field project which would involve a multi-national peace team. Furthermore, discussion, information sharing and the exchange of experiences are key (internal) functions of EN.CPS. The guiding principles have been developed to define shared principles and to foster discussions about European quality standards for peace field teams. The document was adopted at the annual meeting in Dunblane (2004).

Rules and Procedures
While EN.CPS has no legal status and functions as a loose network, representatives of several organisations felt the need to clearer define NP's cooperation structure and decision making mechanisms. Therefore, after at the annual meeting in Barcelona (2006) a working group had been formed to develop joint 'rules and procedures', in large part codifying previous customary practices. The document has been accepted at the annual meeting in Berlin (2007).
